Vegetarian Mediterranean Sandwich
Grilled Naan bread, Kalamata olives, cucumber, Feta, tomato, red onion,
Mixed greens, fresh basil, olive oil & balsamic glaze.

No-bun Chicken
Grilled Coleman Farms chicken, provolone cheese, Arugula, Roma Tomato, Applewood Bacon, shaved onion, basil Aioli on a crispy iceberg round.

Linguini ala Bolognese
House made, meaty Bolognese sauce served on al dente linguini noodles, garlic bread.

Liver and Onions
Tender Calves liver, topped with caramelized onions, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, beef gravy and vegetable du jour.

Shaved Tenderloin and Mushrooms
Served with Steamed Rice, Broccoli Floret, Demi-Glace

Grilled Cheese and “Dad’s Chili”
Our house made “Dad’s Chili” a side of condiments and a Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Broccolini, Spinach and Red Pepper, with Cauliflower Puree.

Adobo Pork Shanks with Fried Rice

Twin Pork shanks, tender and delicious, braised with a tangy sauce of Ginger, lemongrass, duck stock, coconut and Chile peppers

Cedar Planked Salmon
Sautéed Spinach, Yukon Gold, Merlot Drizzle

New York Strip Oscar
A 5 oz. Strip filet topped with King Crab, asparagus and a hollandaise drizzle. Yukon Gold mashed.
